Even before the use of digital tools, quality assurance was an integral part of our company processes. Our own purchasing office in Shanghai, comprehensive incoming goods inspections and regular tests for harmful substances by external testing institutes are just some of our established measures. 

Today, our QC (Quality Communication) team in China ensures that every delivery undergoes a thorough inspection before dispatch. In the event of anomalies, our product management and QC team intervene quickly to resolve problems at an early stage before they develop into major difficulties. In this way, we avoid time-consuming and costly complaints before shipment. Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse in Germany, they are checked again. 

All products undergo intensive checks and tests in our modern laboratory. Targeted analyses, spot checks and audits enable us to detect deviations at an early stage and ensure that our high standards are maintained at all times.
