Incident reporting
We set the highest standards for ourselves. This is reflected not only in the continuous optimisation of our products, but also in the development of our services and the further expansion of trusting internal corporate communication. We therefore encourage our employees to be able to address mistakes openly and, above all, at an early stage. The supervisor of the respective specialist department should therefore generally be the first point of contact for incidents of any kind.
At the same time, we are also aware that there are situations and concerns that cannot be discussed directly with a superior or another contact person in the company.
For this reason, we have created a whistleblowing system for confidential and external matters. This enables our employees, customers, suppliers and other third parties to contact us in an uncomplicated manner - anonymously if they wish. Contact can be made by post or email and accepts serious tips of any kind. This is intended to detect violations at an early stage and reduce damage to the company, our employees and our business partners.
All incoming communications and tips via the whistleblowing system are treated confidentially and forwarded to an external and independent body. All tips are treated with the best of our knowledge and conscience and we protect the acting whistleblower with all due means against any disadvantages resulting from a report - we assure our whistleblowers of this!
However, please also bear in mind that suspicions, incidents and accusations against a person or thing can have serious consequences. Therefore, use the whistleblowing system responsibly.
