For example, if the risk posed by machinery, slippery floors or the handling of chemicals cannot be eliminated through technical or organisational measures, suitable PPE must be worn – such as safety footwear, protective gloves or hearing protection.
Particularly when handling chemicals or plant protection products, specific regulations often apply which must be strictly adhered to.
