For us, sustainability is far more than just a claim – it is an integral part of our business operations. We are therefore all the more delighted that our logistics centre has been awarded DGNB Gold certification. This accolade confirms that we are on the right track in combining modern infrastructure with environmental, economic and social responsibility.
With this logistics centre, we have created a facility that not only enables efficient processes but also meets high standards of sustainability and future-proofing. The DGNB Gold certification is therefore a significant milestone for us and, at the same time, an incentive to continue steadfastly along this path.

SUSTAINABILITY AWARD
Certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen - DGNB) confirms that our logistics centre meets high standards in the areas of sustainability, energy efficiency, environmental compatibility and user comfort. In this way, we not only create modern working conditions, but also contribute to responsible and forward-looking corporate development.The assessment takes numerous aspects into account – from resource-efficient construction and energy efficiency to a pleasant working environment for the people who use the building every day.
MODERN LOGISTICS WITH A SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Our logistics centre in Bedburg is a key component of our modern goods logistics system and was designed from the outset with efficiency and sustainability in mind. Covering an area of around 5,000 m², it offers additional storage capacity, optimises internal processes and, thanks to modern loading bays and a digital warehouse management system, ensures smooth material flows and reliable order processing.At the same time, the building meets high environmental standards. A large-scale photovoltaic system, energy-efficient LED lighting, smart heating and ventilation technology, and the use of electric industrial trucks all help to conserve resources and reduce CO₂ emissions. In this way, our logistics centre combines economic efficiency with a responsible approach to the environment and energy.
